They breathe through skin, they come in wild colors, and they\u2019re basically nature\u2019s indicators of whether the planet is doing okay. They look like worms or noodles but are actually fully legit amphibians with skulls, brains, and surprising tunnel-digging skills. They\u2019re long, smooth, and quietly dramatic\u2014some can even regrow limbs like it\u2019s no big deal.
